We’re happy to announce that we’re gathering again again this year! Our annual conference for undergraduate volunteers will take place in person this July in Miami, Florida.

This global symposium will gather our undergraduate student volunteers to share how Operation Smile contributes to global health – and how students from every major can get involved.
Professionals from different disciplines – medicine, business and education, just to name a few – will speak and offer advice for students’ next steps, not only in their own careers, but in their volunteerism with Operation Smile.

When: Step Up Symposium will take place in person from July 14-17, 2022.
Registration Fee:
- Participants staying on campus: $300 USD
- Participants staying off campus and commuting: $150 USD
The registration fee for on campus participants includes accommodation, meals, and items associated with conference activities, but it does not include airfare to and from Miami or the cost to obtain a visa, if applicable.

Whether you’ve been involved with Operation Smile for years or you’re just getting started, every undergraduate student is welcome to attend.
